How Do I Place My Order?

To place an order:

  1. First select & finish adding items to your cart
  2. You can choose to process through our website checkout or PayPal. We've two different options for our Customers.
  3. Then click on the "Checkout" button located on the screen's right side if you wish to continue through our website checkout.
  4. If you want to use PayPal, then click on the PayPal button on the product page.
  5. You will be redirected to our Customer Information page. 
  6. You will be prompted to enter:
  • Your personal E-mail
  • Your Name
  • Complete address where you wanna receive your package/order.
  1. If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field showing after adding items to your cart. Click on the "Checkout" button to have your discount calculated and applied to your order.
  2. Continue by clicking the "Continue to Shipping Method" button. Please make sure you have entered your delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address). After everything is completed, click on "Continue on to Payment Method." & Choose your favorite payment method to choose from. We use all popular payment methods.
  3. After that, you will need to enter your payment details. From there you can choose the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same but it's totally optional.
  4. Once you have entered all the necessary information click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be redirected to a page that provides an order summary as well as a double-check confirmation email.

What If Items Are Missing Or Incorrect When I Receive My Parcel?

For missing or incorrect items, please contact us at support@AmericanHomer.com 

Please send the transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with proof (image file size should be below 1MB). Once approved we'll reship you the correct order and sometimes we don't even ask you to return the wrong product. You can keep it as a gift :)

How I Know That My Order Has Been Successfully Completed?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

If I Wanna Change The Items Or It’s Ordered, What Should I Have To Do?

If you wanna change or replace any item kindly contact us before 09pm (PDT, -5 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed. You may contact us via email at support@AmericanHomer.com  to request for replacement.

How Can I Check What's In My Shopping Cart?

To view your cart's contents, click on the Cart icon located at the top right side of the website.

Once you click the cart button, you can change the quantity in your cart by updating the number listed. You can also update or remove any item from your cart.

How Can I Change The Quantity Of An Item In My Cart?

Click on the cart button on the upper-right side of the computer or mobile screen. After clicking the item you will see your cart. From there you can change the quantity of the item in your cart.

What Payment Options You Accept?

We accept all popular payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Mastercard & Visa. We also offer PayPal for a contact-less shopping experience

How Do I Use A Discount Code?

To use a promo code, follow these simple steps.

  1. Add the item to the cart that you wanna order.
  2. Then go to checkout and fill out your address where you wanna receive and after filling the details. You can see "Have a promo?" option in checkout area.
  3. From there you can input your promo or discount code and click on the checkout button.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

We normally shipped orders from our warehouse within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. We'll also email you once we your item shipped from our warehouse.

Depending on the carrier provider's availability and location. We apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

A unique tracking number will be provided with each order confirmation email.

How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed before 9:00 pm (PDT, -5 GMT) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via support@Americanhomer.com to request the changes.

Can I Deliver To Another Address Other Than My Card Billing Address?

Yes, just enter your friend or family address that you wanna ship the item to. But put the original address when entering your payment details.
